Sahajroots is a practical collective programme dedicated to faithfully studying and applying Shri Mataji’s teachings so that, as established yogis, we can pursue our own spiritual progress and Ascent equal to our desire to help others.

By meeting weekly for collective clearing, small group workshops, and silent meditation, we work together to strengthen our self-confidence, build pure vibratory sensitivity, and stabilize what Mother described as the "minimum level"—from enjoying good health and established thoughtless awareness to knowing where the Kundalini is at all times.
